SHIPPING POLICY

How long does it take to receive my order?

​

Orders placed online will be delivered Monday to Friday (We can deliver on Saturday mornings), excluding Bank Holidays. Once we have received your order we will contact you to notify you of your delivery date, we cannot however provide a specific time slot. All deliveries are made between 8am - 16:00pm

Orders will be delivered kerbside, this does not include placing goods into gardens so please make sure there is someone there to help with the offload.

Delivery charges:

Orders under £250 will incur a £30.00 delivery charge.

Orders over £250 will have free delivery (Depending on location).

*Out of area delivery charges may apply and will vary depending on location and distance from our Windlesham Branch*.

Click and collect is free from our site in Windlesham, you will receive a ready to collect email once the order can be picked up. Please allow 1 working day from point of order for collection.

Areas we deliver to:

 

We deliver accross Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire (As far as Basingstoke) and  South West London. At the checkout you will be asked to enter your postcode and then delivery options ad charges will be shown.

 

If we don't currently deliver to your area please get in touch either via email: sales@foxhillstimber.co.uk or by phone: 01344508119 and we can provide a separate quotation and price for delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Foxhills Timber  will accept returns on items which have not be specially manufactured or customized within 30 days from date of purchase. Returns incur a restock charge 15% of the initial purchase value.  We will however accept returns if products are not as ordered or are damaged at no cost, in line with our terms and conditions.

If a product has already been delivered a collection charge may also be deducted from any refund owing.

Products that have not been used, cut, nailed, screwed or otherwise damaged will only be accepted under our policy.

Special order items, items we don't usually hold in stock are excluded from this policy.

In the event your delivery is incorrect, the wrong item or size or any damage to products delivered you must notify us within 48 hours. We reserve the right come out and look at the issue and may ask you to provide photographic evidence prior to offering a replacement or refund to you.
